Using Peblar Companion
Peblar Companion is provided by RWZDoorn B.V., the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 81481438. It helps you connect to and manage compatible Peblar chargers. Only use it with a charger you own or have permission to manage. Follow the instructions for your charger, vehicle and installation.
Your yearly subscription
A yearly subscription unlocks the app and supports iCloud history, ongoing development and work to maintain compatibility with new charger software. Apple shows the price and any applicable offer before you confirm a purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Apple’s purchase terms and Standard EULA also apply.
Charging and software updates
A command may be delayed or unsuccessful because of the charger, vehicle or connection. Check the resulting charging status. Off pauses charging; it is not a physical power switch or an access-control lock. Keep power and connectivity available during charger software updates. The app is not an emergency stop or safety device.
Compatibility and availability
Features depend on your charger, its software, your device and the permissions available. Changes made by Apple or the charger manufacturer may affect how the app works. We work to maintain compatibility, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or support for every future update. This does not affect any updates or remedies required by law.
Your connection
The app connects directly to your charger. It does not include a remote connection service. If you choose to connect away from home, you are responsible for arranging a secure connection and protecting your login details.
History and estimates
Charging information comes from your charger and may be delayed or incomplete. The app can only preserve details it captures while they remain available. Background updates are controlled by iOS, and iCloud synchronization can be delayed. Keep separate records if you need them for billing or reimbursement. Cost and ERE figures are estimates based on your entered rates, not verified bills or guaranteed payments.
Privacy
Our privacy statement explains what stays on your device, what is saved in your iCloud and what information we use to improve the product. It also explains how to contact us about your data.
Purchases and your rights
Apple handles purchases billed through the App Store. You can request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For app questions, contact support@rwzdoorn.com. For charger hardware or installation issues, contact your installer or Peblar. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Peblar. Peblar and Apple trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms as the app and service change and will give notice of material changes where required. Dutch law applies without removing mandatory protections in your country of residence or rights to use a competent court.
